For some people, the arrival of warmer weather signals basketball tourneys and Oscar festivities, but for flea marketeers, the changing seasons mean only one thing: the spring edition of the 600-dealer Triple Pier Antique and Collectibles Expo (piers 88, 90, and 92, from 48th to 55th streets at the Hudson River) is back in town. Last weekend, a number of collectors got into the spirit of the event by dressing in duds daffy, dramatic, and deco.
