Obviously, everyone is welcome—and needed: civil rights groups (why has the NAACP not been much more active?), churches, political organizations, and all manner of social and political activists.

As a Jew, I wait for Jewish organizations—whatever their agendas—to take a strong role in freeing these slaves. We Jews need to do more than remember the Holocaust.
