Have you seen the Spider-Man movie? I've seen it twice. It was awesome. I saw it on Friday and then again on Saturday. I think it's already grossed 114 million the first weekend. Are you more excited about Star Wars: Attack of the Clones or Spider-Man? I feel pretty enthusiastic about the new Star Warsbut I'll probably only see it once or twice. George Lucas has enough money already. Spider-Man took things to a brand new level. The Danny Elfman score was great, and Stan Lee made up for X-Men. What fictional character do you most identify with? Off the top of my head I'd say Catwoman. She's a strong female who doesn't need a man to protect her. She's sexy and she's not a victim. She doesn't start out that way. It's her transformation that makes it work.

Have you seen the Spider-Man movie? I haven't, but I plan to. As a kid I liked the Incredible Hulk, but I will see Spider- Man. I expect it to be campy but good. I am disappointed that they took out the Twin Towers scene. Spider-Man spins a web between the towers, and uses it to catch a helicopter that's been involved in a robbery. After September 11, they canceled the release of all kinds of movies which they thought would evoke the event. Are you more excited about Star Wars: Attack of the Clones or Spider-Man? I think I'd wait longer to see Star Wars. What fictional character do you most identify with? Holden Caulfield. Everyone can identify with him.

Have you seen the Spider-Man movie? No, but I think the name Spider-Man is beautiful and that he's a beautiful concept. The director, Sam Raimi, made Evil Dead IIand The Gift. You base your decision to see a film on who directed it. These days, models have become more interesting than actors. Are you more excited about Star Wars: Attack of the Clones or Spider-Man? I saw the earlier Star Wars series and I think it's like the original Star Trek series. I loved the first ones and can't watch the new ones. What fictional character do you most identify with? Lenny, from Of Mice and Men, or the character in Camus's The Plague. I did create my own female action hero after September 11. Her name is Anthrax.

Have you seen the Spider-Man movie? No, and actually I don't have much of a desire to. I went through a stage right after September 11 where I didn't want to go to the movies. Around November I saw a couple just because I had to get away. This year, I really haven't made an effort. Are you more excited about Star Wars: Attack of the Clonesor Spider-Man? Star Wars. I think I saw the first one but I was very young. What fictional character do you most identify with? Artemis. The goddess of the hunt, protectress of the forest.

Have you seen the Spider-Man movie? I haven't, and honestly, I have no interest. I love seeing movies, including most of the things at Film Forum or the Angelika, but I don't think I've seen anything since In the Bedroom.Oh, Y Tu Mam·a Tambiénhad lots of substance, lots to gnaw on. Are you more excited about Star Wars: Attack of the Clonesor Spider-Man? Neither, really. The new Star Wars movies aren't the same as the originals, but I think it has to do with when you saw them. What fictional character do you most identify with? It would have to be a character who was the love child of Cate Blanchett in the movie Elizabeth, and one of the girls from Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

Have you seen the Spider-Man movie? Who is Spider-Man? I'm from Egypt. I think I might have seen something about the character on TV, but I don't know much about the movie. Are you more excited about Star Wars: Attack of the Clones or Spider-Man? I've never seen Star Wars. I do like action movies, and American films are very big in Egypt, but it's usually the big ones starring actors like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. What fictional character do you most identify with? Mickey Mouse, because he's funny and kind. He's very famous in my country.
