Chelsea Brewing Company, Pier 59, 18th & Westside Hwy, 212.252.3397, Sat at 9

This is the annual indoor-outdoor event that is talked about all year—that's if you can remember anything. Grammy nominee Sophie B. Hawkins and WKTU's Judy Torres (for those still hankering for freestyle) sing their latest singles. Henrietta's and Lovergirl get DJ "Chip-Chop" Gonzalez and Kim Dazy to spin for 2,000 women, with proceeds going to the Callen-Lorde Community Health Project. $$ FRANKLIN

Shadow, 229 W 28th, 212.252.3397, Sun at 9

Exclusive Entertainment, Lovergirl NYC, and H-N-H Productions join forces for the finale of all finales at the massive Club Shadow. As the finishing touch on Black Pride, D.C.'s faves are in town to show off their wares, including the Badd Girls themselves and Ms. Sparkle. There's even a new V.I.P. lounge for all you high-rollahs! Lucky MCs and DJs Poison Ivy, China, and Mary Mac boom the Nina Sky, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z. $$ FRANKLIN

Pier 54, West Side Hwy & 13th, 212.80.PRIDE x12, Sat at 5; Lola's, 30 W 22nd, at 10:30

Heritage of Pride and Shescape are doing an earlier soiree this year, starting right after the Dyke March and ending at 10, but worry not, there's an after-party at Lola's—which has been Shescape's upscale Saturday-night gig for some months now. Eclectic DJ and Boston native Kris Kono takes over the ones and twos for this HOP and Pride Week benefit. $ FRANKLIN

The Octagon, 555 W 33rd,, Fri at 10

Daddy told me there'd be nights like this—Mr. Eagle, Mr. Florida Leather, DJ Louis Morhaim, DJ Demarko, and others will dominate hundreds of dog-collar-wearing, harness-sporting, leather-chapped, and booted dudes in celebration of Touko Laaksonen, a/k/a Tom of Finland, whose drawings defined homo masculinity and s/m for a generation. It's a benefit for Tom's eponymous foundation, which promotes acceptance of erotic art. $$ ADKISON

The Roxy, 515 W 18th, 212.252.3397, Fri at 10

Lesbian parties rarely take over the über-clubs, but Lovergirl NYC and Exclusive Entertainment make it happen for Pride. Barbara Tucker (most of you would remember her longtime house hit "I Get Lifted") pays the ladies a visit along with the outrageous D.C. Badd Girls. DJ Tanco and Mary Mac spin house, classics, hip-hop, and reggae for this event, which promises to be off the charts. $$ FRANKLIN

XL, 357 W 16th, 646.336.5574,, Thu at 7

Weimar superstar and X-Man Alan Cumming, gay-marriage superhero mayor Jason West, Hedwig's John Cameron Mitchell, Avenue Q-tie John Tartaglia, and other celebs make cameos to kick off this fete; a live performance by dance-music diva Deborah Cooper steams up the Chelsea venue (yeah, that was her singing background vocals on the 1990s C+C Music Factory classic Gonna Make You Sweat).
