This two-disc set includes both the original 1979 film and the 2001 Redux version, as well as a boatload of extras: a lost scene, a dozen never-before-seen outtakes, a "Redux Marker" that allows viewers to note the differences between the two versions, several featurettes (including one with the terrifying title "A Million Feet of Film: The Editing of Apocalypse Now"—just when you thought you'd really seen it all), and especially for the English majors out there, a clip of Marlon Brando reading T.S. Eliot's "The Hollow Men" in its entirety.
