Last week, in a side-by-side comparison of statistics between Mets player José Reyes and Yankees player Derek Jeter as each was going into his fifth year of major league play, it was incorrectly stated that Jeter was a year younger at that point in his career. In fact, it is Reyes who enters his fifth season a year younger (he turns 24 this June) than Jeter was in 1999, when he turned 25. In the March 21–27 issue, letter writer Marc Spitz's name was spelled incorrectly. In the same issue, singer George Jones was incorrectly pronounced dead in the Voice Choices section. Jones is alive and well.

Villagevoice.com, the largest alternative-weekly website in the nation, is looking for a Web editor. This is an editorial position, not a design or programming position. Writing and editing experience is a must, as is knowledge of local news, music, and popular culture.
