Claw Money hits Headquarters Studio
No longer bombing the walls of the Lower East Side with her giant multicolored claws, veteran graffiti artist and fashion designer Claw Money has taken to the gallery scene instead. Tonight, check out the wild installation pieces she’s created with fellow graf writer SeMeN SPeRmS at Headquarters Studio’s one-night-only alternative art show and party Eaten Alive, which features a variety of works by 18 artists, including Kevin Bourgeois’s stunning graphite-on-paper drawings, Jaz Harold’s gory cartoon art, and Aaron Cobbett’s large quilt made from his old jeans. Besides all the killer art, there’s also music and an all-night open bar.
