Go to Europe this summer? Who has the money? Instead, why not live vicariously through the intrepid sightseers of Richard Nelsons comedy Some Americans Abroad. Presented by Second Stage Theatre, the story follows a group of idealistic professors who take their students on a whirlwind literary tour of England. Not surprisingly, the kidsmore interested in partying than Shakespearequickly ditch the strict itinerary, and ugly-American debauchery ensues. Gordon Edelstein stages the meltdowns and mayhem.
