Intellectual and cultural elitists, you can exhale: The ninth annual New Yorker Festival is back, bringing with it the writers, artists, performers, and thinkers you associate with the magazine. Scribblers don't want to miss out on tonight's "Fiction Night," a discussion with writers whose short stories have appeared in David Remnick's rag. A session titled "The American Dream" features a roundtable with T.
