Sandra Bernhard has accomplished the difficult feat of being both a lesbian and an icon among gay men. Sure, Rosie and Ellen are beloved by both communities as well, but gay men don’t want to be them like they want to be Sandra. But don’t worry, everyone: There’s enough of the potty-mouthed singer/comic to go around. Bernhard is coming to Joe’s Pub for a six-night stretch with her band, the Rebellious Jezebels. And, as in years past, fanatics can count down to the New Year with Bernhard on December 31.
