Made Event kicks off a new weekly party that promises a series of quarterly residencies from techno's high end. First up is Steve Bug, boss of the Dessous, Audiomatique, and Poker Flat record labels, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the latter. As his mixes for Fabric, Fuse and his own Bugnology series prove, Bug is an armory of dark, tight, and surprisingly funky techno — and he knows how to deploy it to fill a dance floor.
