CAPRICORN [December 22–January 19] Studies suggest that one out of every 10 men and one out of every 20 women carry around an excess of anger—so much so that they're capable of damaging property in an outburst. If you're one of these rage-aholics, Capricorn, you now have an opportunity to calm way, way down. The cosmos is conspiring to relieve you of your chronic aggravation. And even if you're not among the world's most furious people, I hope you will take advantage of this grace period. You have the power to purge at least 20 percent of the ever-simmering agitation that you accept as normal. How to begin? Meditate on what it would mean for you to love yourself better.

AQUARIUS [January 20–February 18] "The seed cannot sprout upwards without simultaneously sending roots into the ground," says an ancient Egyptian proverb.
