With flat-screen TVs broadcasting narratives for each song, a fancy laptop-and-keyboard orchestra supporting Fite's quirky guitar playing, and a truly functional imaginary 'blood machine,' his concerts ought to be eligible for an Obie, but he just won't stay put.
