Gay books speak volumes
Don’t know your Sarah Waters from your Edmund White? Get with the program at the LGBT Center’s first annual Rainbow Book Fair, where vendors and publishers of thousands of pages of gay literature will be peddling their wares. Authors will also be on hand for readings and signings, such as playwright Norman Beim (The Tyranny of Love) and pseudo-porno sci-fi writer Perry Brass (Angel Lust: An Erotic Novel of Time Travel). And for the lesbians (and the lesbians at heart): a concurrent Poetry Salon consisting of seven straight hours of spoken word.
