The Catalan Daysfestival offers dance, film, literature, music, and cuisine to stimulate your Spanish cravings. Tonight at the Baryshnikov Arts Center, check out "SonarSound NY," a musical showcase featuring DJ sets by Spaniard d.a.r.y.l. and former Barcelona residents DJ/Rupture and Prefuse 73; a multimedia installation by artist Marcel·lí Antúnez; and a special set by Ikue Mori on the ReacTable, a collaborative electronic music instrument designed in Barcelona and used by Björk on her world tour. Also at the Film Society of Lincoln Center is the film series "Clandestí: Forbidden Catalan Cinema Under Franco," a rare screening of films secretly made by artists during Franco's oppressive dictatorship.
