From the people that brought you flamenco and Penélope Cruz!

The Catalan Days festival offers dance, film, literature, music, and cuisine to stimulate your Spanish cravings. Tonight at the Baryshnikov Arts Center, check out "SonarSound NY," a musical showcase featuring DJ sets by Spaniard d.a.r.y.l. and former Barcelona residents DJ/Rupture and Prefuse 73; a multimedia installation by artist Marcel·lí Antúnez; and a special set by Ikue Mori on the ReacTable, a collaborative electronic music instrument designed in Barcelona and used by Björk on her world tour. Also at the Film Society of Lincoln Center is the film series "Clandestí: Forbidden Catalan Cinema Under Franco," a rare screening of films secretly made by artists during Franco's oppressive dictatorship.
