'Uproar: The Lives & Deaths of Isabelle Eberhardt'

William Brittelle, the lip-syncing, poetry-spouting composer and frontman of the amazing Mohair Time Warp, describes his new concept album, Television Landscape, as "an apocalyptic (yet hopeful) eighties album about the future," with futuristic jams about Sheena Easton and Prince. Missy Mazzoli's new multimedia work, performed by the NOW Ensemble with filmmaker Stephen Taylor, adapts the 19th-century diaries of a Swiss convert to Islam's spiritual journey in North Africa.
