Need a good laugh? The highly anticipated SketchFestNYC returns to Upright Citizens Brigade for its fifth year of outstanding sketch comedy from around the world. It kicks off tonight with performances from Flight of the Conchords' Kristen Schaal, saucy duo Rue Brutalia, and the late-night variety show Olde English Presents Very Fresh with special guests Whitest Kids U Know and Pangea 3000. On Friday, Kevin McDonald of Kids in the Hall performs his new solo show. But Saturday is when you get the most for your $40 day pass with nine shows (including CollegeHumor, the Striking Viking Story Pirates, and the L.A.-based sensation Summer of Tears) plus the Closing Night Craptacular party where everyone basically goes bananas on stage.
