Nicky Siano, one of New York dance music’s greats, takes over the new downtown branch of Water Taxi beach each Saturday this summer. He’s a part of history—he founded the Gallery in 1972 at just 17, then went on to be a Studio 54 resident—and he’s still got it. Joining him is one of his own favorites, Liquid Sound Lounge’s DJ Jeannie Hopper. Her soul-infused house might be the perfect summer soundtrack.
