Comedians Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter (two-thirds of the comedy troupe Stella) are certain they have issues—lots of them. For Black, it all started when he ate a slice of his mom's 40th birthday penis cake—when he was 12. For Showalter, well, if you've seen his stand-up you may have heard him read a poem from his high-school lit-mag called "The Apartment," which opens with the line: "There is a whore in my apartment building/her room smells like dirty sex." Did we mention he grew up with a nice family in Princeton? Issues indeed! Tonight, to celebrate the debut of their new show on Comedy Central, Michael & Michael Have Issues, the duo will perform comedy sets and likely regale you with all the sordid details of their pasts.
