We’ve spent many a dreamy (and, OK, boozy) midsummer night on the Lower East Side, but few evenings spent there have included forest sojourns and bucolic dramas. Fairies and Romans replace hipsters and preps as the Drilling Company stages this genial comedy on a Ludlow Street municipal parking lot.
