The rumor of a third Ghostbusters—with the original foursome of Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson—has been confirmed by writer and co-star Dan Aykroyd, though, given our mixed feelings about Ghostbusters II, we're not sure how to feel about this. "There will be a whole new generation that has to be trained," Aykroyd told MTV. "Lots of cadets—boys and girls—who'll be learning how to use the psychotron." Hmmm . . . Of course, nothing can come close to the original, and tonight, you can see Dr. Venkman and crew put on the proton packs and zap Slimer themselves when the O.G. Ghostbusters shows on Pier 46. Note to producers of Ghostbusters III: Don't even think about messing with the theme song.
