Just when you thought your allergies couldn't handle another Shakespeare play upon the grassy lawns of New York City, TheDrillingCompany comes to your rescue. Its Shakespeare in the Park(ing) Lot series returns to the asphalt at the municipal lot on the corner of Ludlow and Broome with a production of Measure for Measure. Experience the Bard’s "problem play"—which involves a ruined bride and other casualties of sexual immorality—on the blacktop, whether from your own chair or the comfort of your own car. Just make sure you put enough money in the meter.
Thursdays-Saturdays, 8 p.m. Starts: July 30. Continues through Aug. 15, 2009
