Lennox Robinson's Is Life Worth Living

Irish playwright Lennox Robinson subtitled this 1933 comedy “An Exaggeration in Three Acts,” and we trust the Mint will offer a suitably larger-than-life production. The script concerns serious-minded thespians who descend on a seaside idyll, attempting to improve the townsfolk’s souls with strong doses of Ibsen and Strindberg.
Tuesdays-Thursdays, 7 p.m.; Fridays, Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays, 2 p.m. Starts: Aug. 19. Continues through Oct. 18, 2009
