Some days, Wyatt Cenac is out exploring race relations as a buttoned-down correspondent on The Daily Show. Other days, he’s trying to talk Kanye West and Common into collaborating with him as the wannabe rapper Lil Royce on the comedy website Funny or Die. But tonight, the comedian, who cut his chops at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles, will be playing the part of stand-up comedian at Comix. Joining him is fellow Daily Show correspondent Larry Wilmore, who you may also know as the diversity consultant, Mr. Brown, on The Office.
