Hyped by NBC news anchor Brian Williams on his personal blog "Bri-Tunes", Rhode Island's Deer Tick are an unlikely band to headline a drunken Rocks Off concert cruise. After all, this summer's Born On Flag Day is all about loneliness, stripper gazing, and barstool confessions. But don't let them bum you out—like T-Pain says, you're on a motherfucking boat! With a few $10 Bud Lights, John McCauley's razor-sharp barbs and nasal whine will take you adrift on the Hudson River.
