The schedule for this year's Performa 09, the three-week performance-art biennial, looks so amazing that the only trouble is trying to choose what to see. Performances, exhibitions, educational forums, film screenings, and radio and television broadcasts are all part of the exciting mix of groundbreaking works. It kicks off tonight with a performance by Fischerspooner at MOMA, a 50-performer multidisciplinary procession created by downtown artist/musician Arto Lindsay in Times Square, and an exhibition titled 100 Years (Version #2) at P.S.1. When you need to take a breather from all the action, head over to the lounge at the Performa headquarters in the brand-new building at 41 Cooper Square, where you can pick up schedules and shop in the Performa bookstore.
