Downtown drag star Linda Simpson is expanding her granny-game repertoire with her third—that's right, third—bingo night, Le Bingo at (le) poisson rouge, when she and Mister Showbiz Murray Hill bring a French article to the popular game every Wednesday. Why? "Bingo is my life!" explains Linda. Also under her tutelage are the long-running Monday Night Bingo at Bowery Poetry Club (also co-hosted by Murray Hill) and Linda's original Slavic-themed Bingo-ski at the Ukrainian National Home. Regulars can expect the usual antics, which include wry trash-talk, drag and burlesque guests, dollar-store prizes, and one very special new addition: tater tots. Jackpot!
