And she has found apparent success: She’s beginning her third year in the coveted role of the boozy, gender-bending dom, but not before returning to NYC for a two-night engagement, Edie Live! At the Engelman. This high-kickin’ queen (she started her career as a professional ballet dancer) offers her usual ’60s go-go-girl charms while sharing backstage Cirque stories.
