A totally dreidel-free Jewish holiday show
If the last time you liked Jewish music was Adam Sandler’s “Hanukkah Song,” Good for the Jews, the comedic musical duo of Rob Tannenbaum and David Fagin, give Heebs everywhere something to cheer about. Their holiday concert, which claims to be “Jewish music for people who don’t like Jewish music,” is packed with irreverent songs that skewer everything from the hell of using the Jewish dating website JDate to the joys of wandering the streets alone on Christmas (“[It’s Good to Be] a Jew at Christmas).” Sponsored by Jewcy.com, the evening also includes comedy by Seth Herzog, Morgan Murphy, and Rachel Sklar as well as “Spanish-Jewish indie rock” by DeLeon.
