Il Divo

Simon Cowell found his inner Lou Pearlman with the creation of Il Divo, a multinational, multi-platinum selling opera quartet sourced from an agonizing worldwide search from 2001 to 2003, which concluded with the discovery of American tenor David Miller. Boasting duets with Barbara Streisand and Toni Braxton (their cover of "Unbreak My Heart" is as operatic as Puccini), while performing for Oprah and the Clintons, the acid-tongued impresario seems to have achieved his aim: A global collection of babe-worthy tenors that equals a living libretto for the ages. With Kristin Chenoweth.
