Dir. Ted Wilde (1928).
Although not among the most famous, this is one of the most rewarding of Harold Lloyd's silent comedies. Harold tries to save New York's last horse-drawn trolley and the result is a fascinating slapstick valentine to the city, shot on locations from Coney Island to Yankee Stadium, with an appealing cameo by Babe Ruth. The location footage of the Big Apple in 1928 is priceless.
