How many tacos can you eat in four hours?
Cook-off aficionados Theo Peck and Nick Suarez have hosted such sold-out amateur-chef competitions as the Brooklyn Beer Experiment and the Brooklyn Cheese Experiment. Now, they take on Mexican cuisine with The Brooklyn Taco Experiment, in which creative cooks of all stripes will concoct a range of savory and sweet tacos for your eating enjoyment—or, at least, we hope they're enjoyable. The audience and an official panel of expert judges will select their favorites, and prizes and cash will be awarded to the winners. Feel-good bonus: A portion of the ticket sales go to support ovarian cancer research.
