For Yeasayer, following up an album of smeary tribal rock with an actual relationship-focused pop album (actually, Odd Blood sounds a lot like Animal Collective minus the mystery) turns out not to be a bad move at all, and this pair of release shows should prove a galvanizing affirmation of the willfully off-kilter trio's talent. The bill also includes Brooklyn new-romantic revivalists Light Asylum and goofy Philadelphia art-pop trio Bobo.
