NUNSENSE

Get into the habit

Charles Busch has a habit of writing plays about Hollywood; now, he's donning a Hollywood-inspired habit in The Divine Sister. The notorious, gender-bending playwright stars as Mother Superior in his latest work, which pays tribute to scores of nun-related films, including Agnes of God, The Song of Bernadette, and The Bells of St. Mary's. The determined Mother is hell-bent on building a new school for St. Veronica's Pittsburgh convent, but gets sidetracked by such obstacles as sexually hysterical nuns, a mysterious visitor, and a former lover. It'll be a religious experience.
Saturdays, Sundays, 3 p.m.; Thursdays-Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Wed., Feb. 24, 8 p.m.; Thu., March 4, 8 p.m. Starts: Feb. 6. Continues through March 7, 2010
