If their Saturday Night Live performance is any indication, the Black Eyed Peas are ready for Madison Square Garden: Pointless billows of smoke, creative lighting distractions, dubious haircuts, ridiculous clothing choices, robot dancing, keytar solos, dangerous-looking pyrotechnics, infectious chants, tornados of confetti, questionable shapes for guitars. Well, maybe the Peas could use some stage presence beyond "'80s hip-hop mannequins come to life," but we're not gonna argue with getting our chests caved in by "Boom Boom Pow" on the MSG soundsystem. With Ludacris (yay!) and LMFAO (boo!).
