Now that Mos Def has taken to wearing a party mask at some concerts, there's an even stronger connection between him and co-headliner Doom. Both have emerged as firebrands in underground hip-hop over the last decade—the ever-prolific Doom in his many guises (look for an odds & sods comp and a new Madvillain this year) and Mos Def on his eclectic solo releases, the most recent of which, The Ecstatic, was nominated for a Grammy. Last year, Mos Def praised Doom publicly, "He raps as weird as I feel," so expect a weird, fun show all around.
