Shopping for art can sometimes be a real pain—it’s either too expensive or not unique enough. Handily solving both problems, the Dumbo Arts Center is hosting a Great Pop-Up Art Sale that’ll feature roughly 200 artists with art as inexpensive as 50 bucks and guaranteed to not look like it belongs in your dentist’s waiting room. Highlights include a bright yellow, Matrix-like abstract painting by Daniel Zeller; a sculpture of an ancient-looking Asian fellow atop a trophy by Hedi Sorger; and—our favorite—teeth X-rays contained inside a tiny dental-floss package by Tara Parsons.
