Actress Lauren Ambrose, still probably best known as Six Feet Under's confused daughter of a deceased undertaker, sings New Orleans-style swing favorites (as well as a few jazzed up indie-rock hits, including LCD Soundsystem's "New York I Love You") with the six-piece Leisure Class. Judging by her performance at Joe's Pub last year, she's got the makings of a Dixieland diva: The vocal quiver, the flowing red hair, and the flailing arms that put her banjo player on the lookout.
