What could New Yorkers possibly love more than brunch? Perhaps the Brooklyn Brunch Experiment, the culinary competition, presented by cook-off impresarios Theo Peck and Nick Suarez, in which amateur chefs concoct a new, unusual, and hopefully tasty brunch creation for everyone to enjoy (note to cooks: Anything with maple syrup has our vote). The audiencealong with Andrew Knowlton (Iron Chefjudge), Sean Rembold (the chef from Diner/Marlow & Sons), and Emile Castillo (executive chef at Normas)will award their favorite dishes. A portion of the ticket sales go to support ovarian cancer research.
