More About
In its fourth year, the TeatroStageFest is shaking things up with a series of shows created by the next generation of Latino theater artists. Highlights include Argentina-based Compañía La Arena's Fulanos, a visually complex movement piece using six ladders and a troupe of young acrobatic actors; Mr. Kubik Produccioness m3 (Cubic Meter), a NoSpace Odissey, an absurd clown piece thats described as a "tragicomic take on modern life"; and Pia Fraus's Animals of Brazil, which is just that—a show about animals (that play themselves), featuring puppets, music, and magic, to be held at both El Museo del Barrio and the Queens Zoo.
