Sometimes we can all use a life coach to whip us into shape—and in the case of Amy Heidt's Dominate Yourself!, we do mean whip. Heidt, whose show was a hit at last year's Fringe Festival, stars as a former dominatrix turned self-help guru Katherine, whose teachings on life and love come straight from the s/m dungeon. Heidt also plays five seminar devotees who claim Katherine has helped them find their "inner bottoms." Amanda Duarte directs the tough love.
