At the Melbourne International Comedy Festival this year, 28-year-old stand-up comedian Jamie Kilstein, of the left-wing Internet talk show Citizen Radio, proposed an excellent plan for ending the War on Terror—and it would be so cheap. Called Operation Kill the Terrorists Slowly, it involves us sending the terrorists all the KFC and McDonald’s they can eat until they wither and die from diabetes! Not bad, Mr. Kilstein. Tonight, the smart and super-sarcastic Kilstein, who counts Janeane Garofalo among his fans, performs his fast-paced hour-long rant No War, No God, No Nickelback, which takes aim at everything from crazy Christians to his least favorite rock band in the world.
