Jason Pierce revived Spiritualized, of which he is the sole original member, for a concert revisiting of Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space, his 1997 space-rock breakup masterpiece. Judging from their May performance, it should take Pierce and company—which includes strings, horns, and a gospel choir—all of about 30 seconds to transform this venerable hall into a psychedelic gospel tent during the act's only North America appearance.
