Keane

Keane emerged in 2004 as perhaps the wimpiest of the U.K.'s countless post-Coldplay pop-rock acts; their early hit "Somewhere Only We Know" has been covered by Lifehouse, which is like wimpiness squared. Since then, they've dabbled in New Wave synths and hip-hop beats, and they even invited a rapper to guest on this year's Night Train mini-album. The rapper is K'naan, but. . . still. With Ingrid Michaelson and Travis frontman Fran Healy.
