Twelve years after "One Week," it's hard to believe that Canada's Barenaked Ladies are still capable of headlining an American venue the size of Radio City. But here they are, touring behind this year's good-enough All in Good Time, which they made after the 2009 departure of co-frontman Steven Page. Opener Ben Kweller went off the rails a bit with last year's country-fried Changing Horses; fortunately, his songbook is full of earlier indie-pop delights. With Angel Taylor.
