A NEW CHAPTER

Joshua Ferris reads from his second book

Recently included on The New Yorker’s exclusive list of the best 20 writers under 40, the 35-year-old Joshua Ferris earned himself a huge fan base with his 2007 debut, the National Book Award finalist Then We Came to the End, about the comedic goings-on and layoffs at an advertising agency. Today, the Brooklyn-based author reads from and signs copies of his second novel, The Unnamed, about a husband with the mysterious compulsion to go out walking until he collapses.
