MOONSHADOW

Pina Bausch’s work lives on

Though the iconic German choreographer Pina Bausch, whose work famously appeared in Pedro Almodovar’s Talk to Her, died last year at 68, Tanztheater Wuppertal, her company of more than 36 years, continues to keep her legacy alive. Tonight, they perform the U.S. premiere of Vollmond (Full Moon), which features men and women dancing and splashing in a body of water underneath a brilliant moon. Said Bausch, “I’m not interested in how people move but in what moves them.”
Mondays-Saturdays, 7:30 p.m. Starts: Sept. 29. Continues through Oct. 9, 2010
