A quick history lesson: Before going solo & before Luna, Dean Wareham led an influential drone-rock/proto-shoegaze Boston-area trio called Galaxie 500. Now taking time off from soundtracks and albums with his wife, Wareham is reliving this history, just to remind people again and provide a bit of nostalgia. However, some of us wouldn't mind a night where he relives Luna. Note also that he's content to revisit G500 without his former bandmates. With Crocodiles, Wakey!
