Once upon a time, on a dark, gloomy night, seven strangers arrive at the mansion of a deceased millionaire to claim their inheritances from a fortune teller in lieu of a will. But will any of them get out alive? That's what will be answered in The Fortune Teller, a marionette play created by Erik Sanko and Jessica Grindstaff, set to original music by Danny Elfman and Sanko. The show—a presentation by Here's Dream Music Puppetry Program with master puppeteer Basil Twist as artistic director—returns by popular demand to Here, where it premiered in 2006. Looking into our crystal ball, we see you enjoying it.
