Silk, chiffon, wool, cashmere, gossamer . . . chocolate? Today, the New York Chocolate Show is adding your favorite melt-in-your-mouth sweet to the list of designer fabrics in its eye-catching "Chocolate Fashion Show." That's right—models will strut down the catwalk in cocoa creations by chocolatiers and designers in this one-of-a-kind sensory adventure (is anyone else worried about these works of art melting?). And that's only day one of the decadence. For the next four days, the 13th annual event—the largest in the United States dedicated to all things chocolate—will bring together 65 fine chocolate vendors to provide an array of delicate chocolates and chocolate products. In addition to the mouthwatering confections, the event features book signings by top chefs, cooking demonstrations, and a kids' zone, complete with fun activities for even the littlest chocolate-buff.
